In-Depth Editions was established as the publishing partner for Michigan Shipwreck Research Associates (MSRA), its board, its affiliates and members.  MSRA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve Michigan's submerged maritime heritage. In-Depth Edition's authors strive to further the mission of the organization through the publication of related books. In-Depth Editions welcomes new ideas and new publications.

In-Depth Editions serves as a book distributor to Bookstores, Libraries and Museums in communities that abut Lake Michigan's shore from St. Joseph to Muskegon. All other wholesale distribution handled by Partners Book Distributing.  In-Depth also serves as a distributor for documentary DVDs produced by MSRA.
